Dear Sir,
My name is Anton Ego and I am a regular food columnist to your newspaper. I am writing this letter to you for sharing my delightful experience at a local restaurant. As a food critic I enjoy to taste different delicacies and give opinion for betterment, as part of their publicity. However, main reason for accepting their request is to meet renowned chef ‘Vivilana Denario’ who is now serving as Head Chef in the hotel.
Truly I have no words to explain how sumptuous my meal was! At first, I surprised when they served me peasant dish Ratatouille but just realised how wrong I was as soon as I took a bite of the crunchy yet soft slices of egg plant, tomato and other vegetables. Cream used for surface is blended with spices giving rich aroma to the food. I could n’t stop myself appreciating the cook and immediately rushed to kitchen to express how tasty the food was.
Restaurant with all it’s modern amenities and aesthetics is worth for a family to enjoy a quiet evening. Soothing music and pleasant atmosphere make us to forget our mundane life. We critics risks very little while writing negative reviews about those who offer their work to our judgement yet enjoy our position. Whereas, this time I changed my opinion and realised true sense of hospitality is not in grandeur of place but in those who welcome us.
