I am administration manager at Win Cola, Islamabad and I am writing this letter regarding our recent Cycle Meeting, arranged in your hotel last week. It was sales planning meeting of 25 people, held in the meeting room 4 on February 3.
Besides some positive things, there was a serious problem in the service as well. We had ordered for audio visual equipment for presentations. But, the projector we got was very old and caused high level of noise in the room. Further, the microphones we got were not properly charged and we had to stop meeting two times to replace the microphones. These things caused annoyance among the senior participants.
I like the service of your hotel and would like to hold our next meeting again in your hotel provided that you take measures to improve your equipment and demonstrate it to my person one day prior to meeting.
Please reply with your plan to improve it so I can plan my meeting which is due in the coming month.
