Would you mind if I mention ares that needs some alteration for progression of company? I would never demand for changes rather I prefer to share my thoughts for hike in sales. What about swapping each employee’s task with other workers to get insights of entire business? This would not only help them to understand how important assets everyone is, but also they will ger a break from monotonous working schedule, rising productivity of company.
Having said that, the formal education one had is enough for that, however one day training session to hands on equipment would be a need to meed the new strategy of working like others. I’m confident you would consider my ideas and you will be optimistic in our meeting.
