Dear Sir,
I am writing to inform about discontinuing voluntary work as my family would be shifting to a new place in next two months.
I was teaching computer science in primary section since two years, where I enjoyed the most happiest moment of life. The children have learned a lot by preparing projects, assignments and showing their creativity in computer skills. I am sure to miss this time I had with them.
Honestly, I do not want to quit the job, but my husband got promoted and so he is appointed to take responsibility in Mumbai; thereby, I am accompnying him at this new place. I have learned a lot from the school and all the teachers have inspired me a lot. I thank everyone for all the motivation and help they offered me while in school.
Moreover, I have my friend, ana, who is willing to teach the subject in my place. she has similar qualification and have experience as a qualified teacher, thereby, I would recommend her for the job.
Hereby, I am enclosing ana's resume for your further reference. I hope she would prove a good teacher; children would be glad to have her as a mentor.
Your's sincerely,
Jane Mathew
