Dear Mr James Borwn,
I am writing to let you know that by the 15th of March, I will no longer work as a volunteer in your establishment as I got another engagement from that period onward.
Let me explain in details what I will be doing after stopping my work. Firstly, I got a fulltime job in Kaduna City which is two-hundred kilometres away from here, therefore, making it difficult for me to be active in the organisation. Secondly, my new employer has provided accommodation for me and my family, hence, I will not have so many attachments in this city any longer.
My younger brother is very interested in filling in for me and I recommend him for the position. He has great passion in conserving and protecting the environment and was an executive in the environmental club during our school days. His experience working with a youth volunteering organisation would be of tremendous importance to the company.
