My name is Ravi Chaudhary, I have applied for a course in Computer science and technology and consequently I have been invited for an interview in the evening. I am writing this letter to let you know that I would not be able to attend today's interview because I have another appointment lined up with my doctor which is really important, I apologize for not attending interview on specified time.
This College interview is very important for me as I am willing to join this course as soon as possible so that I can pursue my course this year. I have worked very hard to get an interview call from your university and I really do not want to miss out on this golden opportunity.
Therefore, I request you to kindly reschedule my interview next day any time between 4pm to 7pm or some other day whichever is convenient for you. Also let me know the duration of the test, and do I have to prepare for any written tests or its just an oral interview.
