Dear Mr. Smith,
I am Prakash, your tenant of Grand Residences and I am writing to inform you that I will be renewing the tenancy contract and will be moving from apartment number 9.
I would like to inform you that I got a job offer from Texas Instruments in Detroit. They are offering me a role to manage the circuit designer team in Detroit. As you know, travelling from Windsor everyday is gruelling due to traffic congestions on the bridge. I have found an apartment in Detroit and planning to move by 30th of November from your Windsor apartment located near the University campus.
I can not forget all the help you extended when I moved to Windsor in 2012. You were considerate to new immigrant like me. I want to thank you for all your insights and helped me find a job in my field in 2015. It is very rare to find people like you who extend the support without any expectation in return. Thank you for helping me and I truly appreciate it.
I want to let you know that my friend will be contact you soon. His name is Mahesh Kumar, a software engineer moving from India for a master’s degree program at the University of Windsor. I have given him the details about this apartment, and he is keen on renting it as it is close to the campus. Kindly email the details on the rental price and he would like to close the deal.
Thanks again everything, looking to meet you before I leave.
Regards,
Prakash
