Dear Raghav,
I am writing this letter to you because I feel we both need to start exercises again.
Ever since we took up this job a Call Express International, we gained 10 Kgs each. As you know our shifts is crazy and as call centre agents we are sitting for over 10 hours. Not to forget the overtime we are doing.
Since my wife and your sister, Sumana is already playing badminton at JTC club, I was thinking about joining them at least 2 to 3 times per week. If we can manage and play mixed doubles it would be fun too!
Sumana has been asking me to join, I just thought of you too. It would be good for you to start playing like we used to during our school days.
Please you think about it as it is needed to get healthy again. Do not sleep over it like you do for most things.
