Dear Sir,
I am writing in reference to inform you that I will not be able to continue my part-time course due to work exigencies. Let me explain the situation in detail.
To elucidate recently my reporting manager has resigned on short notice, therefore, the company management has decided to pass on his work responsibilities as they are not able to find a suitable replacement in the stipulated time period. Although it indirectly means I am promoted, however, on the other hand, it also means additional work responsibilities and more travel. Lately, I have missed many classes due to my travel to client locations for business meetings, therefore, I feel that I wouldn't be able to continue this course anymore.
Lastly, I would request you allow me some time off from the course so that I can dedicate some time to cover duties at my office however if this option is not possible then I would request you to partially refund my tuition fee.
