Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that I won't be able to continue my evening course on "Artificial Intelligence" from next week onward i.e. from coming Monday, because some unavoidable circumstance.

Recently, I have selected for a US project, and because of time difference I have to work from 3 p.m. in the afternoon till 12 oclock mid night. Therefore, my office timing is conflicting with course timing. I have also discussed the matter with the administrator of your institute to change my class timing to morning session. Unfortunately, morning classes are already overcrowded, and he has denied enrolling me in the morning intake.

As only three week classes are left to complete the course, I have decided to complete the course on my own from home. I would be glad if you provide me the remaining classes handouts if there is no obligation. And one more request, can I call you if I have any doubt to clarify?
