Dear Sir,

I’m a part time evening class student of the Business Language class of the batch 191, and I’m writing to you to convey my inability to attend for the course due to an unavoidable circumstance.
Currently, I’m working as a software engineer in Virtusa Pvt Ltd and I have been selected for an oversease project in United States of America for a period of one year. Therefore, I would not be able to join the class for one year of the two years of the whole course. In that ocassion, I would like to join the next batch since I need to complete the course successfully by attending the lectures, assignments and group discussions. On my point of view, I think it’s not beneficial to complete the course without practical exposure.

I appreciate if you could grant me an opportunity to join to the next batch under the same registration fee, because I have participated only for three classes’ upto now. If not, I would like to know the possibility of refunding the 50% of the registration fee as well. The copy of my registration is attached herewith for your kind perusal.

I look forward for your prompt reply on this issue, as I’m leaving the country by end of this week.

Thank You
Yours faithfully,
K.C.K. Peiris
