Hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter in reference to clarify in a recent letter I have received from the bank for an overdrawn transaction.
The letter from the bank mentioned that an amount of $240 was overdrawn from my account vide transaction T567DEFRTFND and thus the bank will be charging a penalty of $70 for this overdrawn transaction. To elucidate I had taken a loan on my car and loan repayment was completed last month however when I cross check it with my monthly bank statement the amount of $240 has still been deducted as a monthly instalment.
Thus I would seek an explanation from the bank on this incorrect transaction despite the loan account closure. I am also attaching the loan closure letter for your refrence which I received last month. Furthermore, I would ask you to credit back the amount of 240$ back into my account.
