I'm writing to inform you, that lately I received an email from your side, saying that my bank account is overdrawn and their will be penalty on my account.
First, you can check my accounts through your system, all my bills and loans are settled on date. After checking with the customer service it seems that there was a conflict in the system and it wasn't updated from most of the customers. Even I received several emails warning the customers about this issue that happened in your system.
Moreover, I would like from your side to solve this incorrect information and update my account info as soon as possible, so there won't be any problem and won't be charged for extra money.
