Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the facilities currently being provided by your sports center located in Brown Street, London. I have been visiting here for last two years for aerobics lessons.
I want to bring your kind attention towards the issues being faced at changing rooms regularly. Firstly, there is no segregation on the basis of gender. Therefore, for women it is quite insecure and uncomfortable too. Secondly, few of the rooms do not have locks in function. Therefore, certain rooms can not be used by females. Lastly, there is a foul smell most of the time and seems like area doesn't get cleaned daily.
Though I have reported aforementioned issues to on-duty security guards number of times but they haven't taken any required action to resolve these issues.
I would like you to ensure that locks will be repaired and hygiene will be maintained regularly. Also, I would be highly grateful to you if separate area for women will be allocated.
