Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing in regard to a course I completed recently. Since I have profound admiration for your work, I would like to leave feedback about the two-day cooking course.
Giving details of the program, it was kind of day release training that had been holding for 2 days. This course has involved a couple of lectures about using flavouring and up-to-the-minute methods to prepare seafood and practices. As for the practices are concerned, we were able to apply al theoretical knowledge and cooked a tender and juicy fish. All these dishes indeed have stirred our imagination.
I had been taking great delight in doing this course. In addition, I would like to highlight highly professional staff and proven qualification of teachers. They not only have inspired us doing our best but also assist us during fulfilment challenging tasks. However, being a very costly program, your kitchen has been seemed low-tech with scarcity necessary tools such as knives or graters.
I honestly believe it would be a good idea to invest in the development of the kitchen. Furthermore, well-appointed classrooms might enhance your popularity among younger generations. I strongly advise you to add some cutting-edge devices in order to be able to cook dishes from different cuisines.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Yours faithfully,
Mrs. Helen
