Dear Madam,

I am writing to find out about construction a mall near my inhabitant. I have saw the poster regarding to your project on the Internet. I imagine the mall will be a very exciting opportunity as an entertainment. But some neighbors suppose having a shopping center like that will have been a unsuitable construction around the area, they realize not only will it be an unreasonable plan but it also will damage the natural environment.
