Dear neighbour,
I am Kavitha, your new neighbour. I am working as a software engineer. We are a family of four which includes my husband and my two little ones aged 10 and 8.We moved to this apartment four days ago. We heard about you and since then we are excited to meet you. Because of my office timings I couldnt get a chance.
I am writing this to inform and invite you for our house warming party next Saturday. The party is mainly for our close friends and family who are waiting to take a look at our new house. We have arranged for drinks and food. We ordered variety of cuisines including Indian, Chinese and Mexican. Adding to it we have DJ night and a separate dance floor for people who are interested to dance.The party starts at 6 PM and ends by 9 PM.
We hope it is going to be fun filled evening and looking forward to meet you and your family. We are also worried about the noise if it might be disturbing. Feel free to inform us if you could not make it and we will make sure the noise doesn't bother you.But it will be great if you join us on the special evening.
