Dear Pooja,
I am Varshini, your new neighbour moved into the opposite flat (7G) to yours. Previously I lived in East London and this is my first time in South London. I have heard excellent reviews about this area, so decided to invest on this flat.
I was hoping to meet my neighbours in person and introduce myself, however at the moment I am unpacking so the timings to meet you may not work.
Also, I would like to invite you and your family to the 'Housewarming Party' I am hosting on Sep 8th. Few of my friends and family are coming over. I have arranged for food and entertainment at home around 7.00 pm. I am mindful of the fact that with kids and music it could get a bit noisy, so I am working on way to minimise that.
I would be delighted to have you there, will be a great way of meeting and getting to know you as well.
