I am Anand, recently moved to your adjacent flat. I am making few arrangements in our home to celebrate my first wedding anniversary tomorrow, which i believe has created some disturbances for you. Please allow me to explain.
I have planned to throw a surprise party to my husband to celebrate our wedding anniversary. With the help of my friends, decorations like balloons, colour papers, and few lightings are being made for the party. Also, as it is a newly occupied flat, there are many things messy here, which i am putting in order. I could understand that it would have created noisy disturbances for you. Please accept my sincere apologies.
