Let me shoot a quick introduction of myself. I, Sharmistha Naskar, am residing from Kolkata. I am writing this letter in regards to lost item while travelling by train yesterday.
Let me give a brief about the lost item. Within a blue bag there was a type machine with a CASIO calculator. Both of these items have the stamp of our office logo. Although, chain was locked. But still, materials are quite costly and crucial. It was 2 days journey, I was in 2 tier AC coach, seat number S1 side lower section. However, ticket details are given below:

Age: 29 Years, female
DOJ: 10th Feb, 2020
I kept that bag just below my seat. By mistake, I left that bag while getting down from train at Bubaneswar.
I would like to request you to look into this matter and start processing as it is very much urgent for official use. Please let me know how do I collect the bag from my nearest convenient location. Hope you understand my situation.
