Dear Mr. Railway Master
I am writing to you for lodging a complaint, regarding loss of my wallet with valuable belongings.
I am Sheena Smith, and I am a regular railway traveler, who takes daily train between London to Watford for work.
Today morning when i boarded the train, my wallet was with me. After onboarding, I was working in parallel on my tablet, a fellow traveler pushed me inadvertently due to which i tripped on the train floor. In no time I organized myself and stood back. At regular time I disembarked the train.
While I took the cab to office later in the, and reached for my card which was in my wallet, I realized that the it was missing. This is a living nightmare! I have lost my identity proofs, my debit and credit cards, and 200 Pound cash too. The wallet was brown in color, and had SS (Initials of my Name) embossed on it, in golden color.
Please help to lodge a complaint, and help me find my valuables as soon as possible. I understand the railways has a functional lost and found department, please forward my complaint to that department as well, it may be an additional help. MY HP number is 1234567892, and my email is ssmith123@nowhere.com.
Looking forward to quick response. Kindly also text or message me if there is any additional step i need to take in recovering my belongings. if the wallet is found, I can arrange to collect the same.
Waiting for response from you, Sincerely,
Sheena
