Dear Sir,
I am writing to inquire about a travel bag which I lost in transit from Delhi to Mumbai. Let me explain the incident in detail.
To elucidate the bag was turquoise green is colour with steel handles and had my name was engraved on both the steel handles. The bag was of sentimental value to me as it rejuvenated memories of exciting trips to some of the alluring destinations across the globe. Since it was an overnight journey to Mumbai so I had kept the bag in the storage compartment right above my seat however when I arrived in Mumbai I found the bag missing. Although I tried to search for my bag on the train however I could not find it, therefore, I lodged a complaint with the railway staff in Mumbai. For your information, I was seated in lower berth compartment A seat no 42.
Lastly, I would request you to kindly look into this matter as the bag contains official documents which I have to submit to my office failing which my office management can take disciplinary action against me. Hence I look forward to immediate help in locating the bag. Once the bag is located please give me a call I will personally come and collect it.
Yours sincerely
