Hope you are doing well. I would like to inform about the postponement of my trip to London from 15 July to 1st August due to an important event at home. Let me explain in detail.
To elucidate my cousin Jenny is getting married and we didn’t know about it until the last minute. As you know that she is of our age group thus holds a special place in my heart from childhood days. The marriage function will last about a week from 15th July to 27th of July. Although I was planning to skip the marriage event however I have been given additional responsibilities for making arrangement during the marriage function. Additionally, I would like to apologize for the trouble I have caused you since you had made arrangement for my stay at your home moreover you had made some prior booking to some tourist attractions spots.
Lastly, I plan to visit London in the 1st week of August as the weather is pleasant. Additionally, Terry will also accompany me on this time so I guess it is a great opportunity for you to know her.
