Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to inform you that I have lost a valuable item on South Coast Express on 23, August. My ticket number is 6357 and I travelled between Chicago and Cleveland stations.
The article in question is Iphone 6s. It is a limited edition version and blue color mobile encased in sunflower themed plastic case. Also, there is a message "Be happy" engraved on the backside and on the front the screen is protected with a guerilla glass cover.
During the journey, I used the phone to spoke with a friend for few minutes and as far as I remember that was the last time I have seen my phone. Surely, I have left it somewhere in the train because I could not find it when searched immediately after getting down the vehicle.
As it is matter of urgency, I am requesting you to check with lost and found department for the phone. Please let me know if you have it or not. I really appreciate your help.
