Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to express my dissatisfaction over the response of customer support for reporting the loss of my luggage
I boarded the bus from Houston airport en route to the University. When we reached the university the luggage was nowhere to be found. It was red all over with black stripes to the sides. It was labelled by my name and also had the airport tag bearing the flight number and other things.
I reached the customer service on the toll free number. First I was put on hold for about 10 minutes. Then the call attendant kept on transferring me to some other attendants. When someone finally matched the details, they were unable to communicate the problem correctly.When I tried contacting them again they registered the same complaint with a new number.
In my opinion, if customer service personnel are recorded on their job call, it can be quite useful monitor their performance. Apart from this, a feedback mechanism after the call can be an added bonus for performance analysis.
