Dear Mr Smith,
My name is John and I recently moved into the house next to yours, nice to meet you.
My wife and I decided to live in London because we are starting a restaurant business here and so I am writing to let you know that we are having a house warming party that will be held this sunday. we hope you can make it.
we have invited 20 friends to come over and we will have barbeque dinner. also, each guest will bring one dish to the party to share. although many people will attend, although I assure you that we will keep the noise down, starting at 4 pm and finish before midnight. so, should you not be able to make it, I hope that we won't be disturbing you too much.
I would also like to invite your family if you are interested. we are excited to make new friends in this beautiful city and I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours Sincerely,
John Grey
