Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing this letter to inform you that I have received a letter which should contain my new bank card. However, I could not find it in the envelope.
I attempted to contact your head office to express this urgent case through the phone today, unfortunately, there is no one answer so I decided to write a letter as soon as I can.
My concern is the card contains personal and private information. During the card missing, if someone active the card and uses it in an improper way such as purchase the goods and services, which I do not know who will take that responsibility. Another concern is please deactivate my card immediately and how will you send me the new card and when.
I hope you can investigate not only the whole situation but also contact your delivery supplier to figure the case, and express to what is happened and why, please.
I look forward to hearing from you soon
Kind regards
Joe
