You have recently come back from an overseas holiday. You faced some problems with the hotel booked through your travel agent.

Write a letter to your travel agent. In the letter

details about the hotel booking
problems that you faced
give suggestions to the travel agent so that such problems are not repeated.

Dear Sir,
My name is Nilesh Pandey. I just arrived back home from the European Holiday which was booked through your travel agency. I must say that the travel was mostly satisfying and I had a good time. However, I want to bring to your notice that I was not happy with the hotel accommodation.

Even though, I had specifically asked for a hotel, which was near the city centre, to allow us ample time for shopping in the evening. However, the hotel where we stayed was 10 miles away from the city centre. Another point is that the rooms booked were of executive class rather than Super Deluxe class which was promised to us. Because of this, most of the facilities which we were expecting in the rooms were not available and So, we had to pay an additional charge to avail it.

I would suggest for avoiding such scenarios in the future would be to consult the tourists before making the final booking with the Hotels.

Yours Faithfully,
Nilesh J Pandey
