You have recently learned about an opening for an internship at a local company that you are interested in. Write a letter to the director of the company. In your letter,
• introduce yourself
• explain how you learned about the internship
• explain why you would be suitable for the internship
Dear Sir,
I am writing in response to the advertisement in the newspaper about the internship program in java language at your company and want to apply for the same.
My name is Jot and I am a resident of Chandigarh. I have completed my bachelor in computer application, recently and learned Java language as my major language. I am very keen on learning new computer languages.
I have checked the newspaper in the morning and came to know about this opening. After learning about this opening, I researched your company and it comes to my consideration that your company is recognized for short term courses and internships. Apart from this, I handle clients of different nationalities.
Being a computer application student, I have knowledge of coding and aware of rules and regulation hence, I will need less training. I have built my bachelor's project on Online shopping for the well-renowned company in our area that is the Rehma Shopping Center. Hence, I assume that I am perfect for the internship. I am attaching my curriculum vitae and also my project synopsis for your reference.
Look forward to working with you.
Yours Faithfully,
Jot
