Dear John,
Hope you and your family are doing great. I’m writing this letter to inform you, that I have moved to a new house in Colombo. As you know a few months ago I applied for a loan and it has been approved two weeks ago. You know well, that I had a dream in life to buy my own house. Finally, my dream comes true. I’m really happy and so much excited. I’m sorry because I couldn’t get a chance to tell you until now.
The main purpose I have decided to change my house because it is too small for me and my family. My new house is huge, it has 5 bedrooms with two attached bathrooms and two separate bathrooms. It also has a big kitchen with pantry, dining room, living area, beautiful green garden and a big balcony with a beautiful outside view. This area has all the facilities such as gym, jogging track, supermarkets, cinemas and it is very calm and quite for a living.
I would like to invite you to visit my new house with your family on this coming weekend. I hope we can have fun and enjoy with each other.
I am waiting for you for this coming weekend.
Regards,
Anushka
