I hope this letter finds you in vibrant health and high spirits. I'm writing this letter to give you a good news that I have shifted to a new house.
Actually, as you're well aware that my old house was located in very underdeveloped area of the city. Recently, a water pipe leaked which caused the seepage of water in whole house.Due to dampness, there was fungal proliferation in the kitchen and it infected my elder son. He remained admitted in the hospital for over two weeks. But presently with God's grace, he's well.
Now, we have moved to the Main Street Avenue which is a posh locality. It has a huge playground for children to spend their leisure hours. My apartment is on fifth floor of the building. It has two bedrooms and one vast hall, where I have placed the sofas for sitting. Along with it, the balcony of house faces the beautiful mountain view located on the west side of building.
In order to celebrate the home coming, I have planned a party for which you're invited. The venue is ofcourse my new home and it'll start from 4 pm on 22nd of July. On your visit I'll take you for little sightseeing of the nearby areas.
