Dear Mr.Smith,
My name is Pc kings ,iam a new tenant at flat 16. Iam writing to let you know that iam dissatisfied with my new domicile because my abode is surrounded with manifold problems.
Let me explain my situation in more detail. Iam facing two major challenges at present. Firstly , blockage of the urinary and as a result, I can't use it. More so ,it stinks badly. Secondly, the kitchen tiles are broken and as result, it harbours pests and rodents. These problems have made house inhabitable.
Please could you kindly get a plumber and a tiler to fix these issues. If the problems are fixed on time, I will be delighted.
However, should the problems not fixed to my satisfaction, I will ask for a refund of my rental fee . In addition, I will demand for a compensation for inconveniences.
