You have a spare room in your apartment that you would like to rent out to a student. Write a letter to the student association officer of the local college and say
- Where is your apartment located?
- When will the room be available?
- What are your requirements for a student to stay there?
Dear sir/madam,
I am writing this letter on behalf of the scheme for spare room rent out to students in your college. The apartment is located at 27/5, parkavenue around 500metres from the college main building.
The apartment is in a pleasant residential area without noise pollution. The amenities in the apartment include recreation club, swimming pool and gymnasium. I am living in a 3-bedroom apartment where one of the rooms is not used. The room has an attached bathroom with continuous water supply along with geyser. Internet is also available in the room. There are furniture’s in the room which includes a queen-sized bed and a small table and chair which can be used as a study table.
The room needs to be painted before it is occupied by any student. The rooms will be ready to move in within a week. If any of the association officer needs to check the room before it is available to students, they can drop in to the following address mentioned above in the evening after 4pm in the weekdays or anytime of the day at the weekends.
I am looking for a French speaking student for the spare room since we can speak French. Drinking is not allowed inside the room. Girls are preferred over boys.
Best regards,
