Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to let you know that I have a noise complaint against my neighbour who is very noisy and has influenced issues for me.
Firstly, I would like to describe what happen. They make a loud all the time even though it is over the midnight. The other day, when I tried to fall asleep, their noise sound woke me up and made me staying all night because I could not sleep properly because they played music so loud.
I need to tell you that how this problem has caused me badly. As I mentioned, I cannot fall asleep very comfortably and also it affects my lifestyle a lot because I do not focus on my study appropriately. This issue becomes a part of mental stress in my life.
I recommend you to give some solutions to erase this issue. I would like you to notice them to be quiet because they might allow if you warn them. I also need to fill up an incident report to submit because it is effective way to complain my claims. I need a peaceful lifestyle, so I need your help to resolve this problem.
