Dear Sir,
My name is Ali, a landlord of 5 Marla double story house in Huston society located next to the university’s campus.
I am writing this letter to let you know that I have a total of 4 rooms house and would like to rent out one room for the student to manage monthly expenses. The room is well equipped with a single bed, study table, and extra chair to relax while sitting in the balcony with a spectacular view of the canal bank. Besides, it has an attached washroom, cabinet, and facility to cook at home in the sharing kitchen.
I firmly believe that it would be an ideal place to live for a student in the family environment as I have very nominal rent compare to hostel charges, and the room is barely five minutes’ walk away from the university campus which would minimize the traveling expense of the student as well.
Please let me know if you have any students who are interested to live in and or visit to know more about the room.
