Dear Mr Peter,
I am enough fortunate to have a landlord like you who always cares for tenants. I am writing this letter to draw your attention to a damage of drinking water pipeline which has happened recently due to unexpected weather change. Undoubtedly weather department had predicted rain in last week, but never as it was actually. Owing to heavy rain along with wind, the drainage and drinking water pipelines broke down as there was erosion on their outer layer and all joints were outdated.
Numerous issues are faced by us because of this damage. We are not able to drink and use water for routine household activities as both color and smell of drinking water have changed. Moreover, we have to spend money to purchase gallons of mineral water which is additional financial burden on us.
In order to avoid any unbearable dire consequences on health, I would like your intervention and consult professionals to repair it at your earliest.
