You live in a room in college which you share with another student.
However, there are many problems with this arrangement and you find it
very difficult to work.
Write a letter to the accommodation officer at the college. In your letter
describe the situation
explain your problems and why it is difficult to work
say what kind of accommodation you would prefer
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing in reference to the accommodation that i rent one month ago. Although my room is very clean and I have all the facilities such as heater and private bathroom, I am facing an issue with my roommate which is studying music. In fact, she is inviting her colleagues almost every day to practice together.
The problem is that I need a calm environment in order to be able to complete my thesis in genetic disorders that should be presented by the end of the coming month. Actually, am not able to concentrate since there are a lot of noise especially that each one of her friends bring his guitar and his drama's.
As I already mentioned earlier, I am happy with my room especially that it is near my university however i am not able to focus therefore I would kindly ask you for a new room with the same facilities but without any roommate even though it will be smaller I will adapt my self.
Looking forward to hear from you soon .
Yours Faithfully,
