Dear Sir,
I am glad that I had this opportunity to live in college and it saved me a lot of time from commuting. However, there have been several problems since I moved in two months ago. I would like to explain some difficulties I have faced during my stay that made it impossible for me to concentrate on my studies.
As you are informed, I am sharing the room with my roommate called Jane. Although I have great respect for her, unfortunately, we cannot get along well with each other. Firstly, because not only she makes lots of noise during the day herself, but also, she invites her friends to the room regularly and they stay up late making lots of noise. Moreover, she does not cooperate in cleaning the room and I have to bear the burden of cleaning on my own. It is worth mentioning that her invitees make a mess whenever they come to our room.
Finally, since I am studying for my university exams that are of great importance for me as last semester's student, I would be grateful if you take steps to change my room or move my roommate to another location so that I can focus on my lessons. I prefer a single room and I am ready to pay an extra cost if required.
Your kind cooperation is highly appreciated.
Yours faithfully,
Razieh Ahmadi
