Dear Manager,
I am writing a letter to express my thankful to your front desk’s staff, Mrs Brown. She gave a big help for me which recover my lost hand case.
I traveled to New York City by your company’s bus in order to go to a business conference two days ago. This conference is very famous in the world, almost all of the potential technology company’s CEO will attend.
However, I realized my hand case loss after I reached the conference hall. I phoned to the bus company’s front desk immediately to asked for help to find my brown hand case in middle size. Due to important business documents, my laptop as well as the conference presentation files are in the hand case.
A half an hour later, I am glad that I can get back my hand case ahead of the presentation and run the conference as a smooth sailing. Therefore, I would like to give my grateful gratitude to Mrs Brown.
I wish this letter highlights how dedicated front desk you have in your enterprise. I will surely use and recommend your bus network again.
