Dear Sir / Madam,
My name is Sunil Kumar and I am an information technology consultant, works with a multinational company in Cyber City, Gurgaon. I am an old customer of your Bank and associated with you for quite a long time. Moreover, I have a salary account in your bank with account number '123456789' for the past ten years.
I am writing to apply for an education loan which I need to pay my fees for the Master’s degree. Actually, I have decided to study further and applied for the Master’s degree in Analytics at Harvard University, England. I have to pay my course dues by the end of this month. I would like to request you to approve my education loan before the end of this month to avoid any kind of delay in paying course fees.
Furthermore, I would like to repay the loan amount in equal monthly installments over the period of twelve months, and I want your bank to deduct installment directly from my salary account on 1st of every month. However, I am also ready to pay interest amount and loan processing fees in advance.
I am looking forward to hearing from you at the earliest.
Yours Faithfully,
Sunil
