Dear sir,
I booked your hotel on 6th march. Actually, it was the 90th birthday of my grandmother so we planned a surprise party for her and it was only possible and successful because of the service of you and yours team members.
There was a gathering of 50 people in which my relatives and family members took part. As it my grandmother’s birthday party so most of them are her age mates. It was tense situation for us to look after each guy even some them are on wheelchair. Your team members made this possible due to their special efforts and hospitality skills considering guests to look after. They organized multiple games for them like card games and musical games which we all enjoyed to the fullest.
I would like to special thanks Mr. dubey as he managed the whole team and the party very smoothly and well organized. All of the guests are praising the music and the specially the catering system such as drinks and snacks. We already paid you but I will feel happy if you accept this check of 200$ which I have attached in this email as a token of my thanks.
