Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to let you know that I have forgotten some crucial documents during Halliburon’s company meeting last month which held at your hotel. I think I lost those documents on table number 5 in the main meeting hall.
Let me explain the reasons that make these papers really important. These papers are the minutes of the meeting, and without them, I will face many problems in preparing the meeting report. As a result, my manager will deduct five days from my monthly salary.
Based on the upper reasons, I hope you start searching in the upper mentioned place, which I am sure you will find them, and if you found them, please send them by mail on the company address. But if you did not, please let me know to come and search by myself.
