-tell the manager what you want him/her to do
Dear Sir,
My name is Jonson. I am writing this letter to tell you that I left my Important papers in your hotel room. I stayed in your hotel on the 29th of November. My room number was 101.
The place where I put those papers is in the cupboard on the right side of the bed. Those papers were in the second self of the cupboard. It's packed in the zip folder.
The reason such documents are important for me because these are original documents of power of attorney which was signed byte directors of our company and my manager gave me the responsibility to get they signed from the directors. If I will not get the papers of power of attorney back then I would probably lose my job.
I request you to please send the papers to my address by the end of this week. so that I can hand it over to my senior manager.
Thank you in advance.
Yours faithfully,
Raj
