I am writing to enquire about some important papers which I might have left at your hotel ' Colors' while attending meeting yesterday.
My name is Sherry. Let me know you that the meeting was held at 2 pm on the fourth floor of the hotel. As far as I know, papers were left at the banquet where refreshments were taken.
