I’m writing to you in order to inform you about dissatisfaction with stove that I purchased in your internet-store five days ago.
On the last week I ordered “LG gas stove” on your web-site, paid using my credit card and, as I said, it was delivered to me by your staff. The have been settled it for 2 hours and finally, when it was done I noticed the gas pressure from a burner is very low. It’s very sad, because I like the design of this appliance. Your specialists ensured me that the matter was in the whole gas system of my house and left.
Sorry to say, the pressure is still low and I spoke to my neighbors, they don’t have such problem with their stove. I called a number that wrote on your web-site. Operator told me to wait a call back, but there was no call.
To be honest, I completely disappoint in the services provided by your company. However, I want to ask you to resolve this situation by changing the model of the stove within 5 working days. But this time make sure that stove is totally workable.
