You recently bought a piece of equipment for your kitchen but it did not work. You phoned the shop but no action was taken.
Write a letter to the shop manager. In your letter
Describe the problem with the equipment
Explain wht happened when you phoned the shop
Say what you would like the manager to do
Dear Mr or Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the new washing machine, which I have bought from your company.
Last week, I bought this device, and your staff delivered it to my house. however, because I was in a hurry to go to work, I could not check this device, whether it works properly or not. The first time I wanted to do laundry, I noticed that the machine could not solve detergents. Besides that, when it tried to dry clothes, it made a junk sound and stopped the process.
when I called the company, they promised to send a professional body to check the problems. however, he did not come. So, I called again, and no one answers my request, and no action had been taken.
I paid extra for full warranty, in order that I will not experience this kind of obstacle. because this dilemma was caused by your company and I have no time waiting for your staff more, I would like to request a full refund.
I look forward to receiving your response.
kind regards,
