My name is Jane and I am writing this letter to complain about the bus system in district 3, Ho Chi Minh city. I am a local student who uses buses every day to go to school as well as daily traveling to work.
A couple of months ago, many buses have been often late from 10 to 20 minutes, especially bus number 150 from district 3 to Thu Duc district which is late for more than 30 minutes. Those bus routines are extremely vital for the public in general and for students in particular because they connect the city with the municipal university village. The additional time not only make all student difficult to go to class on time, but it also ends up a hectic schedule for people who have to spend lots of time in transportation.
I hope that the authorities of the bus system can regulate the buses operation promptly due to the sack of the community. I am looking forward to your response soon.
