Dear Mr Matt,
I hope I am writing this letter to bring the concern infront of you about the issue with water leakage of kitchen tap. Moreover, tap will break due to the pressure. Problem suddenly started a day after when we moved in. it seems to me that this issue existed before.
More on the Trouble. While checking under the line, i found the root cause. Middle section of the pipe looks in very bad condition and i can see the hole because of rust. I had to relocate all the kitchen stuff which is now suffering my daily chore.
Certainly, pipe is old so has and i recommend it to be replaced with new. For temporary solution, Better to laydown the ruber pipe lane so i can setup everything in kitchen.
Therefore, I would say that do something without any delay to avoid devastating circumstances with leakage in the house.
Kinldy take prompt action about the issue.
