Dear Mr Matt,
I am writing this letter to bring the concern in front of you on the issue with water leakage of kitchen tap on the first floor of your house which were rented last month. Moreover, tap will break due to the pressure. Problem suddenly started after 10 days when we moved in. it seems to me that this issue existed before.
More on the Trouble. While checking under the line, i found the root cause. Middle section of the pipe looks in very bad condition and i can see the hole because of rust. I had to relocate all the kitchen stuff which is now suffering my daily chore.
Certainly, pipe is old so has and i recommend it to be replaced with new. For temporary solution, Better to lay down the rubber pipe lane so i can set up everything in kitchen.
Therefore, I would say that do something without any delay to avoid devastating circumstances with leakage in the house.
