Dear Sir/Madam,
This is with reference to your advert in ‘The Times of India’ for the position of a Sous Chef. My name is Jan Barrows and have been working as a Chef in the Accor group.
At the Accor group, I was responsible for managing the kitchen staff during the night shift as well as for menu development. I supervised 10 cooks and 5 helpers and had to ensure that there were minimum or no delays in servicing customers. I completed my culinary education from D Catering and have almost 10 years of work experience as a cook.
Since the job is part time, I am available to work 3 days a week from Monday to Wednesday and more than happy to do the night shifts, if required. Should the job require me to work during the day, I am available on alternate days (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday) and am flexible with the timings.
